About Tina Jenkins
After qualifying in 1989 as a Sports Therapist gaining the International
Institute of Sports Therapists, IIST. I then began specialising in sports
massage, now been experienced for over 20 years.
I first started out working along side a sports physiotherapist for 10 years
in the Manchester area, learning about sports injuries and treatment
techniques, such as maitland mobilisation and myofascial release.
I have done additional courses in Shiatsu, acupuncture, trigger point therapy,
aromatherapy, and bowen technique.
Throughout my career I have been appointed to the GB swimmers and GB cyclist and been part of the GB para olympic swim team.
I am a keen sports enthusiast, participating in rock climbing, mountain biking, running and swimming.
I am a fully qualified, insured sports therapist and my treatments are tailored to suit the individual client.
I am enthusiastic and fully motivated in helping my clients get the most out of their lives and getting back to sport.
